BY SUBMITTING A BOOKING WITH UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) ONLINE, BY PHONE, OR BY EMAIL YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE. A non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking for all last minute reservations (within 24 hours of scheduled pick up). Verbal confirmation will be given for all last minute reservations (email confirmations will not be sent to the client). All deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE. All other reservations are subject to availability. In the event we can not accommodate your request a full refund will be given. The client is responsible for providing valid contact information that will be used by UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) to contact them at the time of pick up. UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Alcohol Consumption in a motor vehicle is prohibited by State law. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Violation of state law, including but not limited to, the use of alcohol, illicit drugs or refusal to use vehicle safety restraints will be grounds for immediate termination of service without refund. Any fines incurred by UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) related to violation of State Law by the Client or their Party will be paid for by the Client. Smoking is not Permitted in vehicles. Service will be immediately terminated without refund and a sanitation fee of $250.00 plus a fee of $150.00 per burn mark will be added to the reservation for any violation of the No Smoking Police. A sanitation fee of $250.00 will be added to the reservation for any spilled food or drink by the client or their party. A biohazard sanitation fee of $500.00 will be added to the reservation for any loss of bodily fluid, AKA vomit, urine, or feces by the client or their party. The driver has the right to terminate service without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) Is not responsible for airline delays or cancelations. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the reservation run sheet. UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) is not responsible for delays, road closures, or the termination of service in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted or plowed, accidents, etc.) UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) Is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) is not responsible for missed flights. Any balance owed to UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) is to be paid to the driver on the reservation date at the beginning of transportation service. The client is responsible for providing UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) with the total seating and luggage capacity requirements of their party at the time of booking. UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) is not responsible to provide service for or transportation of clients party members or luggage exceeding the total provided at time of booking. Any change made at time of service to number of guest or luggage will be subject to any applicable company charges and a last minute change fee. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. In the event that the client is not happy with the vehicle type or size they can request an upgrade for an additional upgrade cost. The upgrade cost will vary depending on availability and the type of upgrade requested. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up time via email. Any Cancellation made within 72 hours of pickup time will be considered a late cancellation. The client is responsible for paying the full fare of any late cancellations. A Last Minute Booking fee of $20.00 will be added to the fare for all reservations made less than 24 hours prior to pick up time. A Last minute Change Fee of $40.00 will be charged to for all changes made within 24 hours of scheduled pick up time. A late night/early morning pick up fee will be added to the fare for all pick up times between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am.

UTAH EXECUTIVE SHUTTLE INC. (the company) collects your personal information solely for the purpose of collecting payment for your reservation and for fulfilling your reservation according to our terms of service. We will not sell your personal information to any third party.
